Hunt Slonem: Expressions of Spring, an exhibition of spring-themed paintings and mixed media works by artist Hunt Slonem, is now on view in Rosenbaum Contemporary’s Boca Raton, Fla., gallery (150 Yamato Road) through May 10. The exhibition can be viewed during regular gallery hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Slonem is considered one of the great colorists of our time. Slonem is famous for his neo-expressionist works of butterflies, bunnies, birds and blossoms, themes which will be on display in the exhibition. He has had over 300 one-man shows in galleries and museums internationally. His work can also be found in the permanent collections of more than 250 museums including the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney and the Miro Foundation and is part of private collections worldwide, including those of many celebrities.
Rosenbaum Contemporary, founded in 1979, is based in Boca Raton, Fla., with a second location in Palm Beach, Fla.
